I cannot begin to express to you our pleasure in dealing with Buckhead Movers, BUT I will try... The men who came to our Stone Mountain residence to pack that which we wish stored in your warehouse prior to shipment to CA were polite, hard-working and did an excellent job of packing and your storage fees were reasonable. The men who came to our rented apartment to pick up additional items were also quite proficient and amiable. Finally, when we were ready for shipment of our belongings to CA the shipment came within a week of when you said it would arrive. The men on the truck were very helpful in trying to place the boxes and small amount of furntiure exactly where my wife said she wanted the items placed. Hopefully, I tipped each group of movers to their satisfaction. Last night we had a .7 on the richter scale earthquake. Would you believe it, not one piece of crystal or china was broken! What great packing. I write this letter of compliment to your company because I am extremely happy with your services, both storage and shipping and I give you permission to use this letter when a prospective customer asks for any form of recommendation.

In July of 2000 I called to see if you could set up a move on a 2-week notice. I called several other movers and they were not even available. I received three quotes and one was yours. Your quote was half the price of the others so we went with Buckhead Movers. Our belongings arrived a day early and we were contacted to see if we were ready to receive the truck a day early. This worked out even better for us because it was a Sunday and there was not work to be missed but we were not charged a weekend rate. We paid exactly what we were quoted. I just unpacked everything and there was not one damaged item. I just wanted to thank you very much for your professionalism and care taken to move our home. The drivers worked very hard at making sure everything was secure and safe. So many people have bad experiences with movers that I expected a few things to be damaged. On Saturday, June 22, we had an across-town move scheduled with your company, which had been recommended by a coworker. We arranged our move with Mr. McGraw, who patiently and thoroughly answered our many questions. We were especially glad we had chosen your company over a local competitor when we heard a horror story about the other company showing up 5 hours late on moving day! On the Friday before our move, Mr. John Hammonds put our minds at ease with not one, but two courtesy calls. He not only left a message at my place of employment, but also called the cell phone to confirm the particulars with us in person. On the morning of the move, our driver, Boo, called first thing to confirm directions and let us know that they were on their way. We very much appreciated the professionalism of these gentlemen and cannot adequately express how pleased we were with our move. Our moving team was absolutely incredible. The sheer power of these men, along with their organizational skills and agility, was nothing short of breathtaking. These men worked with lightening speed the entire six hours, hardly pausing for rest or food. As a result, our move was completed in record time, evne though we had numerous heavy pieces to be carried, in some cases, up two flights of stairs. Our movers were even able to ingeniously maneuver a very large refrigerator through a tight doorwaay. Although were not completely unpacked, it seems, amazingly enough, that nothing of value was damaged. Again, Mr. Lloyd, we want express our gratitude for the polite and professional manner in which our entire transaction was handled. It's not often these days that you get either excellent service or your money's worth, and with your company, we got both! We will certainly recommend Buckhead Movers to our friends and family.
